Live queue status is shown on your appointment card on the day of your visit. You can check how many patients are ahead of you and plan your visit accordingly.

How do I access the chat with my doctor?

Chat is enabled 5 minutes before the video consultation begins. Post consultation, patients can continue to chat with the doctor for 30 days through the appointment chat window.

How do I join a video consultation?

A “Join Call” button will appear 5 minutes before the scheduled time on your appointment card. If you get disconnected, the Join Call button with a shimmering effect will stay active so you can rejoin the call.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes, rescheduling and cancellation are allowed until a few hours before the appointment. If payment has been made, refunds are processed within 3–4 working days.
